Formed by Chuan and Zul, Subvert been promoting parties since 1998. One of the few promoters to bring drum & bass to the Lion City (Aphrodite in 1999 at Nox), Subvert's Zul has since been responsible for the booking of top notch artists like Friction, Stamina MC, John B, Pendulum, Logistics and most recently London Elektricity in Singapore. He also spent time as resident at White Label in Hong Kong (regularly working the turntables of Amnesia, Ing, Studio 1, Phi-Bs and Level 27) and has packed parties in Macau, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok whilst sharing deck duties with Aphrodite, Friction, John B, London Elektricity, Sonic, Logistics, Pendulum and Teebee.
