Swedish producer Seba (Sebastian Ahrenberg) has established a reputation as one of the finest purveyors of quality drum & bass over a distinguished career stretching back over 15 years. From his early tracks on LTJ Bukem’s ground-breaking label Good Looking Records to his more recent work across iconic labels such as Metalheadz, Soul:r and Hospital, Seba's music has retained a timeless appeal and brings together beats and bass in classic yet inimitable style.
Seba, Ableton, SoundCloud and Knowledge Magazine have joined forces for an exclusive remix competition of Seba's Painted Sky track, which came out on his own Secret Operations label in 2010.
"I would like to hear something new coming out of this track, but still keeping the same vibe. Keep it musical. It doesn't matter if it's heavy or dark or uplifting. The original track is quite musical, so I'd expect any remix of it to be the same," Seba said.
Deadline for entries is midnight on Sunday March 27th 2011.
